UDEMY COURSE: Passing the PSM1 Qualification

On achieving the PSM1 qualification, I recognissd a gap in the courses available online. I wanted to go beyond simple exam preparation, aiming instead to develop a deeper comprehension of agile’s roots in response to traditional models like the waterfall methodology. My goal was to discuss how agile effectively addressed challenges in the older frameworks.

Rather than offering a straightforward manual on Scrum, I aspired to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of the underlying philosophy driving Scrum.

This motivation led me to embark on the extensive journey of developing my own Udemy course. Though demanding, this project left me with invaluable insights and was undeniably rewarding.
